The entrance to this apartment is on the front of the cottage, where the terrace is situated, furnished with a large wooden table for outdoor breakfasts, and chairs and stools to sit in the sun. Two doors allow you to enter the spacious interior. On the left is the cooking area, including a fridge, oven and gas-stove. In the centre is the dining area with a small fireplace between the two entrance doors, and on the right is the living area with a comfortable bed couch. A wooden staircase leads up to a double bedroom with a small bathroom and shower. To the left of the kitchen, a step lower than the rest, is the second double bedroom with a large bathroom and shower.
This apartment is very spacious comfortable and welcoming, also due to the fact of perfect use of wooden materials for the interior.

Where we are :
From Lucca follow the road S.S. n°12 until a crossroads (Esselunga shopping centre) and here turn left, pass through two tunnels and continue along Serchio Valley (S.P.2). Continue up the road which runs straight up the valley bottom always with river on our right and pass towns of Diecimo (18 km) and Borgo a Mozzano (22 km), famous for the "Ponte del Diavolo" (Devil's Bridge). Continue up the valley until Gallicano. Then when you arrive in Gallicano, exit and follow signs to Molazzana. Once you have reached Molazzana follow the road signs for Brucciano and then for Calomini. When you're in Calomini, pass "Il Volpino" restaurant and turn right. After 1,5 km you arrive at Le Capanne. |
